Thank you so much to these wonderful souls for a great day together yesterday at the Higher Nurture Winter Workshop 🌿🎄💚

It was so good to spend the day with you welcoming our preparations for Winter Solstice, learning about the folklore and healing properties of our tough evergreens and creating herbal remedies to restore vitality this Winter.

We laughed and nourished ourselves with good company and connection to nature and one another.🌿🎄💚

We filled the space with healing scents whilst we made herbal magnesium bath salts, a nourishing body scrub and luxurious hand cream.🌿🎄💚

We finished the day with a restorative ritual hand bath and meditation to remind ourselves to find space to rest, retreat and connect with the rhythms of Winter’s rest amongst this busy time. 🌿🎄💚

Feeling filled up with gratitude for the plants their generosity and the power of herbal healing 🙏🏻💚🙏🏻

Thank you so much to the wonderful folks who joined me yesterday for our Autumn immunity workshop. 🍂🧡🍂

Thankful for all your wisdom shared. Such insights and collective knowledge in the room.

I learned so much and this is one of the things I love most about collecting like minded souls together so that we can learn not just from the plants but also from one another 🙏🏻

We learned about our powerful immunity herbs, food as our medicine and the importance of rest, retreat and ritual for sustaining health and recovery.

We packed lots in to our day making tinctures, glycerites, a throat defence spray, fire cider vinegar and infused oils to make a protective bug fighting balm. A kit to keep us protected through Winter ails.

We welcomed the shift in daylight hours and cooling temperatures, explored the herb plot and celebrated the seasonal change with fireside chai in the orchard before warming up with a delicious lunch.

Looking forward to hearing how your immune boosting herbs help you this season, and looking forward to the next workshop on Saturday 13th December - only 3 spaces remaining!

Back to school! 🌿

Looking forward to beginning the new academic year @ Betonica School of Herbal Medicine teaching clinical skills to Years 3 & 4, alongside Dedj Leibbrandt 💚

We begin tomorrow with respiratory examination skills for Year 3, a whole day in person teaching, learning and practising together.

These skills are a key part of our professional training, elevating our diagnostic abilities, and the holistic guidance we provide alongside bespoke herbal treatment 🌿

Sharing here a new candle , for a new year, surrounded by respiratory herbal allies to welcome in the wisdom and compassion of those who have paved the way, as we learn from one another🙏🏻🌿
