I’m Amanda, of AWA Therapeutic Coaching. I’m a Therapeutic Coach and Hypnotherapist in Teesside and North Yorkshire, offering coaching and therapies that help you overcome challenges, especially that help you to release emotional and physical l pain. I help you overcome anxiety, stress, fear, trauma, phobias, allergies and chronic physical pain, and help you to understand the connect between your body and mind!

I’ve lived with autoimmune conditions, arthritis which has been exasperated by stressful situations in my life. But I’ve learnt how to manage this through the therapies I’m now offering you. Ive tried everything, so I know they all work!

That’s why I trained in them so that I could share them with you and that’s why I’ve shared my story. They have helped me manage my pain and symptoms, associated with other symptoms of menopause, and migraine.

I offer 1:1 sessions, one off sessions in my various therapies and in a therapeutic coaching session I use a combination of therapies; including NLP, Hypnotherapy, IEMT, Metaphors Of Movement, EFT/Tapping, OldPain2Go - Pain Release Therapy and Reiki Healing. People have profound improvements have just one session. I offer discounted rates for block bookings. I usually aim for 2-3 sessions depending on your individual needs.
