ABOUT ME:
As an established Counsellor, Reiki Master, Meditation Leader, Family Therapist, Clinical Supervisor, Intuitive Energy Healer and Soul Awakener based in Staffordshire UK, with over 25 years of experience, I support individuals to manage life's difficulties. My journey began aged 12 years old when I was taken to Buddhist centres where I immersed myself in their way of life, food and meditation practices. Meditation helped me to become a clearer channel for energy and by aged 13 I was training with a small number of excellent channels and trance healers in the UK. I was able to send distant healing and give hands on healing confidently by the age of 14. I continue to train with UK and international healers. My journey of embracing holistic therapies such as homeopathy, hypnosis, reflexology, visualisation, psychotherapy, naturopathy and Bach Remedies was a way of life for me growing up and I owe much gratitude to my Mother who was leading the way as a holistic practitioner delivering these therapies over 40 years ago.

Through my experiences and training I am able to offer clients the opportunity for introspection and self-reflection upon their own spiritual path in life. I also have extensive experience in the statutory and voluntary sector along with a career in the criminal justice and leaving care system. I work as a family therapist in a primary school two days a week and have held this position for 11 years. Whether you are facing:
