Good morning,

Information about our pilate classes, our classes are a maximum of 3 per class, we run on monthly blocks.

Lynda is a fully qualified pilates teacher with 20+ years of experience behind her, from beginners to advanced, Lynda has fast become popular with all of our pilates clients.

As the classes are small, Lynda can pay close attention to each movement, giving you almost one to one attention, meaning you get the full benefit from each class.

Our classes are paid on a monthly basis, the cost of a block depending on month is (£54 4 WEEK BLOCK) (£67 5 WEEK BLOCK) this works out at £13.50 per class.

We have 2 spaces come up for a Tuesday at 6:30pm, our classes are always fully booked, so this is quite unusual. If you are interested please call 01569 763332, WhatsApp 07850473720

You are welcome to bring your own mat, but we provide everything needed.

Good morning,

The clinic will be closing today (Wednesday 2nd July) at 3pm, we will be back on Monday 7th July 9am.
We still have 3 appointments available on Monday with Kirsten our Foot Health Care practioner, need holiday ready feet? Corn removal, general nail tidy, hard skin removed, then please get in touch 01569 763332.

The clinic will be closing at 3:30pm today, we will reopen on Monday 28th April @ 09:00am.

We will also be closed on Monday 5th May.

I would also like to take this opportunity to wish John our podiatrist all the best for Sunday, John is running the Manchester marathon, and we all know he will smash it!

FREE EAR CHECK CLINIC

Good afternoon,

We will be running a FREE ear check clinic next week.
If you feel you might have stubborn wax but unsure, please call us and we will book you in for a 10 min FREE consultation.
Through our technology you will be able to see exactly what's going on inside your ear, and if you need microsuction removal, we can get you booked in for a full consultation with Kirsten.

We will be running this clinic on Tuesday 4th February 10am -11:15am & 12:45-2:45pm
