So excited for Saturday, we have some lovely strawberry, pear and apple jam! our tomato and onion that takes six hours to make nearly sold out at Lanark market and we have our favourites, caramelised onion, mango and apple, pineapple and apple. Feedback has been great, used in mince, curries, and on top of kebabs!! Very tasty and can use even on cheese on toast! Looking forward to being back Saturday for lovely market x

Well good morning to a lovely rainy Saturday morning! We do need a bit of rain.. so today we are making more spiced pineapple and apple chutney. strawberry, pear and apple spiced jam. We have lots orders for our texy mexy salmon and dip with herby haven potatoes…have a great day folks x
