For me, this isn’t the time to fuel my pre ours body with alcohol and toxic food and throwing myself into a whirlwind of must dos and resolutions that quite frankly aren’t worth the paper their written on. If you follow the true seasons on Earth you will know that the true New Year isn’t until Spring- we started off with 13 months NOT 12, to follow the 13 full moons we have in a year, each having 28 days, just like the divine feminine, which is why I always say that the moon is feminine. We are no different to Nature, we are all energy so why don’t we follow the same structure as nature intended??? OH it’s because society decided to restructure it to suit them! And control us in a way that works for them! Another way to work the robots!

Wintering isn’t about hibernating forever.
It’s about allowing yourself to slow down without guilt.

In nature, nothing blooms year-round. Trees shed. Animals retreat. The earth rests. Yet we’re often taught to push through our own winters—to stay productive, upbeat, and visible even when our inner world is asking for stillness.

Wintering is the season of listening.
Of turning inward.
Of doing less so something deeper can take root.

It might look like:
• Saying no more often
• Needing extra sleep or solitude
• Letting plans soften instead of forcing momentum
• Choosing warmth, ritual, and comfort over urgency

This season isn’t a failure or a pause in your worth. It’s a necessary part of the cycle. Growth doesn’t stop in winter—it just becomes invisible.

If you’re in a wintering phase, you don’t need fixing.
You need patience.
You need gentleness.
You need time.

Spring will come. It always does. And I shall rejoice and celebrate the NEW BEGINNINGS then, just as nature does

But winter asks for your permission to be exactly where you are.
