Inclusion Independence is a care a supported living provider in the West Midlands. We provide bespoke and person centred care to support adults aged 18-65 years with disabilities and complex needs, specialising in Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities and associated health conditions such as diabetes. We are a family run business, set up in 2016 after our own children were diagnosed with Autism. We understand the never ending battle that parent's experience to ensure that their child's individual needs are met to enable them to live to their potential, lead a socially inclusive lifestyle and to develop independence. Our mission is to provide the highest level of care and support in the correct setting for each individual, focusing on their needs, interests, cultural values and abilities. Our dedicated, experienced and qualified staff work closely with each individual, building trusting relationships and supporting them with integration into the community which allows them to make lasting relationships with peers. We offer:
~ 33-52 week care packages.
~ Supported Living.
~ Costings are dependent on each individual's needs and requirements.
~ We provide care and supported living to individuals who come from outside the Midlands.
~ High levels of communication with parents/family.
~ We work closely with Social Workers and Local Commissioning boards to ensure a safe transition into our services with minimal disruption and stress for the individual.
~ Detailed risk assessments, care plans and health action plans.
~ We work closely with multi care professionals to meet medical and mental health needs.
~ We encourage and promote a healthy lifestyle through positive modelling from staff, healthy eating and regular activities.
~ Service users are able to choose weekly plans and activities.
~ We can help support work experience placements and voluntary work.
~ Animal Therapy.
~ Service users have the opportunity to go on holidays with a team of staff.
