It is experiential and therefore clients experience how they are and reflect back on the behaviour and thinking. It enables people to understand themselves and change.

What is Zen Horse?
Zen horse is personal development through horses. It was started by myself Elaine Noble as I came to recognise the offerings of horses for profound healing and human development. This was different to the way that I had been working previously with sessions structured by clients ir facilitators.
Based on 15 years of mental health work it takes the guidance of a herd of 15 rescued horses at Hay Farm into deep personal development.
I believe (and have seen) the incredible wisdom that horses have, their ability to know what you need. When you are list they guide you home.

In the work I do I have found training your brain an important part of development. The horses quide you by their resonses to your way of being and reveal immediately how you are and how you think (often this is not working so well for you ie overthinking, catastrophising etc). You then work on being different and the horses give you feedback again which shows you what works what doesn't. You develop a new way of being not to be someone else but to be your authentic self which your experiences have led you from. Here you can develop your full potential.
Equine assisted learning is so powerful because you experience the change, you live it become it, you dont just talk it.
