It is with a heavy heart that I have to announce that tomorrow will be the last time that I will be running my Slimming World group 😥

Life can often be full-on for me, and I've had to make the decision to relieve the pressure and to focus on myself and my young family.

It's been 6 months of beautiful memories with my incredible members that I will always cherish. I am so proud of their amazing achievements and to know that I've helped them to get there is the best feeling 🫶

I cannot thank everyone enough for their love and support these last 6 months ♥️ I couldn't have given this a go without my amazing family and the best circle of friends ♥️

Tomorrow in group we will celebrate with a party 🎉🎊

Hello summer ☀

🌟 Our duo of Nicolas both bagged their 1 stone award!

🌟 Hayley achieved her 1 and a half stone award and Club 10, meaning she's lost 10% of her body weight!

🌟 Janet is smashing it, having received her 2 stone award and Silver Body Magic award, having increased her steps to over 6000 per day, and attending the gym regularly...Go Janet 💪

🌟 Amanda is upping her exercise and has achieved her Bronze Body Magic Award 🏃‍♀️🚴‍♂️🤸‍♀️👟

🌟 Alison was last week's Slimmer of the Week, and Nicola was this week's Slimmer of the Week, with a fab 4.5lbs loss!
