Hi everyone, well a good start back for the exercise group and the support group. It was lovely to see you all again and considering the longer break you all looked very well. Which just goes to prove specialist exercise is medicine. We had a new drum tune as well and we welcomed two new members. So hi to both Chris and Liz who slotted in like they had always been there. Hope to see more of you this week. Don’t forget that the support group meets on a Wednesday now not a Monday the next one is on February 12th from 11.00-13.00. And I’m pleased to say we welcome the Quiz Masters back for a second round. This was very popular last year and I trust you will support this again. Remember you can suggest anything you would like at the support group meetings as you did with the Quiz and we the committee will do our best to honour your requests. Thanks again for your support.

Hi everyone Happy New Year to you all let’s hope it’s a good one. I have researched the beechband and I like what I see it looks very interesting. I have sent an email to see if we can get them to come and give us a talk at the support group meeting I’ll let you know the outcome. In the meantime I have put my name down for a device so if you fancy it go to the above link Simon posted. I’ll repost .

Please note that last exercise class will be on 19th Dec and this will be our Xmas get together so it will be a bring and share , list for food is in class. We have a quiz and some games please bring your other half if you can. We will start back on January 7th. This includes LWWP, for the 19th.
The LWWP will resume on Wednesday 8th January this will be the new permanent day instead of a Monday. So it will be the second Wednesday of every month.

Hi All the power is now back on in the hall so tomorrows classes are on as normal. The vintage tea is almost on us so if you can donate a raffle prize that would be great. 🥊🥊
