Today at Aggborough, we brought together an incredible mix of practitioners, local organisations, and healthcare professionals all united by one shared purpose:

Supporting men through the journey of fatherhood and beyond.
We had real, honest conversations around:

🔹 Men’s mental health
🔹 The realities and pressures of becoming a parent
🔹 Where support is currently missing
🔹 And how, together, we can build something better

What stood out most was the strength in the room a collective desire to make a difference and a willingness to work together to do it.

Because the truth is, no single organisation can solve this alone.
But together, we can create a support network that truly impacts lives — not just in moments of crisis, but every step of the journey.

25 men out on one of our favourite routes this evening, steady pace, plenty of conversation, and scenery that made it worthwhile 🌳👣

One of those walks where the miles pass easily and the company does the rest. A good way to round off the day.

How lovely it was to meet Ollie the Group Leader of The Stourport Men Walking & Talking Group. He popped in to say thankyou for the Doing Good Together Fund donation he received from us. We were happy to support such a worthwhile cause. MWAT Group run mental health walks with the aim of bringing men together in a safe place to end the stigma around men's mental health by supporting each other. They meet up every Monday at 7pm at the gates to the Memorial Park. Any new members would be made welcome. You can follow their page for more details. Stourport Men Walking and Talking

Cosmic Chaos Music Quiz ✨

Last night Stourport MWAT had an "out of this world" experience as we joined together with friends and family alongside Brinton Arms to host something a little different 🎉

Something that was just an idea turned into a night we won't forget! Who knew so many of our men and friends could sing so well 🎤😜

The evening was spent with everyone beaming, smiling, laughing, singing, dancing and being present 🕺🏽

Thank you to all those who came, to the public who made our night even more spectacular and congratulations to the winners! 👏🏽 Very well deserved

We made it 🙌

Our first light evening walk of the year, and the sun even came out to see us off ☀️

You could feel the difference straight away, lighter evenings, better energy, and finally being able to see each other’s faces again 😜

These walks aren’t just about getting steps in, they’re about connection, conversation, and showing up for each other.

Men Walking and Talking are celebrating our 5th birthday soon, and with it, we're having a phenomenal year for attendances across the 80 groups around the country!

But... We still need your help!

This coming week, we're aiming to smash our national all-time weekly attendance record for all of the groups combined.

Why are the numbers important? The more gents walking, the more lives we can improve!

The more gents that join us, the more they realise the power and importance of brotherhood, friendship, exercise and a damn good chat!

So ladies of the area ♀️ You are critical to our success!

Got a male relative or friend that could do with an outing with us? Do all you can to get them to join us this coming week.

Regulars and Past Attendees - We want to see you all! You've helped make our groups what they are today, come and continue being a part of something incredible!
