🌙🚶‍♂️ The dark walks have officially begun! 🚶‍♂️🌙

Another great evening with 12 men joining the walk tonight, torches in hand 🔦, laughter in the air, and a real sense of camaraderie among the group.

One member summed it up perfectly:
💬 “I have to come, this is something I look forward to.”

Moments like this remind us why we do it! connection, conversation, and support 💪🤝

Even with our group leader away moving house, 13 of us came together for a fresh and brisk evening walk 💬👣

Great conversations, plenty of laughs, and that simple reminder of how good it feels to connect with others while getting some fresh air

We welcomed 3 new members tonight (so lovely to have you with us 👋), and the conversations were still buzzing from our amazing carnival parade on Saturday 🎉🥳

It’s always wonderful to see familiar faces, meet new ones, and enjoy the fresh air together 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️💬

🎉 Stourport Carnival – 100th Celebrations 🎉

What a day to remember! The Stourport Men Walking and Talking group were proud to be part of such a historic event in our town 🏙️

💙 I’m incredibly proud of the men who stood alongside me to make this possible, your support means everything. The response from the people of Stourport was overwhelming, and it’s something we’ll never forget!

🚶‍♂️💬 Walking & Talking with Record Numbers! 💬🚶‍♂️

Tonight we had an amazing turnout with a record 18 men joining the group (and welcomed one new member!!) 👏🏽

Even better... Each member received their very own torch 🔦 to help support and maintain the group as we keep moving forward together into the wintery dark nights

It’s inspiring to see the group growing stronger each week, proving the power of connection, conversation, and community 💪🤝

⭐️ NEW EVENING GROUP IN STOURPORT ⭐️

Our new evening group in Stourport returns tomorrow at 715 pm. We’re using the awesome little cafe at the Open Trail and Burlish Bike Park (We won’t be 🚲, just talking !) Then every fortnight.

Like all our groups, it’s free, there’s no need to book or say you’re coming, come along if and when you want to.

It’s a safe space to chat about things that are getting you down or causing you to worry. It’s also fine to just come and listen. Absolutely no pressure in our groups.

There’s always tea and biscuits, along with a warm welcome and a friendly face.
