Owen has truly embraced our eating plan, activity and stays to group every week 💙 and it’s the ultimate essential ingredients to long-term success!

We are so proud of Owen and our runner up Stephen who’s lost a whopping 3 stone since 1st December! You guys have become best buds, each others cheerleaders and group wouldn’t be the same without you both ❤️

Thought flowers were a little feminine, so love that Owen is wearing his apron prize and all ready for bbqs this weekend 😂😂
