Yoga & Pranayama (breathwork) Experience

📍 , Strabane
📅 Sunday, Jan 25th
⏰ 10am - 12:15pm

Session Flow:
🧘‍♂️ We will begin with a 60 minute open level Yoga session to open up the body.

🔋Followed by a short comfort break

🫁 We will then explore various types of ancient Pranayama including strong, dynamic techniques to release tension, and unblock the mind ⛓️‍💥 followed by subtle techniques that will calm the mind and balance the nervous and emotional system ⚖️

So while all breathwork is powerful, Pranayama is a complete practice designed to harmonize your energy, body, and mind.
