Probably the most rushed and least aesthetic cooking video youโ€™ll ever see ๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿ˜Œ (Itโ€™s a working progress)

But I made these chicken burgers for dinner this evening and oh my god - they were ๐ŸคŒ๐Ÿผ๐ŸคŒ๐Ÿผ๐ŸคŒ๐Ÿผ chefs kiss

So simple and required very minimal cooking!!

Ingredients:

1 x chicken breast fillet ๐Ÿ“
1 x egg ๐Ÿณ
1/2 cup cornflakes ๐Ÿฅฃ
1 x light cheese slice ๐Ÿง€
1 x burger bap (toasted ๐Ÿ˜‰)
All purpose seasoning ๐ŸคŒ๐Ÿผ
Some salad and chips to serve with ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

This whole meal was just under 630 kcal with 60g of protein ๐Ÿคฉ
