Sometimes I spend hours trying to find the right words to encourage members back to group ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป. I don't even know sometimes if a text makes a difference. So instead of reading this as a text read it as a promise from me to you ๐Ÿฅฐ. No matter if it has been 1 week, 2 weeks or 3 months or more, come back to group this week. There will be absolutely no judgement from me or the group. I know giving it a rest or a "week off" seems like a good idea but most of the time it isn't. The want to lose weight never goes and the weeks tick by anyway. So my promise is to meet you with a big smile ๐Ÿ˜ƒ, minimal fuss and a clean slate for the week ahead. I will never give up on youโฃ๏ธ
