🌀You wouldn’t expect to master skiing in a week.

She needs a reason to believe herself again.

And that reason doesn’t come from “getting it perfect.”

It comes from moments like this:

When she shows up tired but moves anyway

When she plans meals instead of winging it (even though no one will see)

When she doesn’t reach for the wine or the chocolate — not because she’s punishing herself, but because she’s practicing trust

This is the work most women avoid.
This is the part they label as “too hard.”
This is the part where you keep showing up.

You’re not most women.
And that’s exactly why it’s working.

🌀You ditched the bread
But you didn’t really realise what you were asking yourself to give up.

It wasn’t just the “white stuff” or the treats…
You gave up the one thing that helped you hold it together.
