Itโs so easy to stay doing the same s**t that has got you in the position youโre currently in. If youโre happy there, then cool. If youโre not, then somethings got to change.
Taking baby steps. Little chunks of change, and you build on those new foundations.
2021 going into 2022 I was the unfittest I had EVER been and had been carry a huge excess of weight for a period of time to cause me physical discomfort after having my second child. I was actually scared to attempt to exercise because of my size, hips, back and knees.
Having lost 2.5stones, Iโm finding my flow that works for me now. Not what worked before. When Iโm exercising Iโm REALLY having to take notice how my body responds and work on my pelvic floor muscles due to a prolapse after having Lucas.
