MANUAL THERAPY
Manual therapy involves targeted joint mobilisations designed to reduce pain and muscle spasms, improve mobility, and restore normal range of movement. Techniques such as Muscle Energy Techniques (MET) or Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) use gentle isometric contractions to help regain movement in restricted joints.
