🙏 Shameless Plea! 🙏

I found December somewhat overwhelming and then I caught a particularly nasty bug.

Trauma from the previous winter raised its head, the challenges of managing a SEN family and meeting everyone's expectations while creating Christmas magic and running a business meant something had to give. And as usual, the first thing to go is social media!!

So, with barely any posts from me during Nov and Dec, plus some changes to algorithms (cheers Mr Z 🙄) I'm just not being seen!

If you could spare 5 mins to help my visibility and reach parents who would benefit from gentle classes, I would hugely appreciate it 💕

These classes are the perfect mix of baby massage and baby yoga to support your baby's development. Each term includes a Story Massage week and a Seasonal themed week. There's a focus on parents, too, as we include some gentle stretching, breathing, and relaxation techniques to keep you looked after.

Move your baby with baby yoga, active swings, dips and even some somersaults! Not only does this class work on development, but there are lots of giggles too. Parents are still looked after as well, with relaxation and mindfulness every week.

🩵 January reminder for new parents: you don’t have to reset — you’re allowed to winter 🩵

January tells us it’s time to start again.
To reset.
To set goals.
To push forward with fresh energy.

But if you’re a new parent, that message can feel heavy — even impossible.

Because this season of life isn’t about striving.
It’s about surviving, healing, and adjusting.

Winter isn’t a time for productivity or reinvention.
It’s a time for slowing down, turning inward, and doing only what’s essential.

If your days feel small, repetitive, or quiet, that doesn’t mean you’re falling behind.
It means you’re wintering.

Right now, rest is work.
Feeding, comforting, and caring — for your baby and for yourself — is more than enough.

You don’t need a “new you.”
You don’t need resolutions.
You don’t need to keep up with the world’s urgency.

Spring will come. Growth always does.
But winter has its own purpose — and you are right where you need to be. 🌨️

Our Jan/Feb courses will continue to embrace the slowness of wintering, the importance of loving connections, and nurturing both the baby and the parents.

💝 There's Still Time For Gift Vouchers 💝
