We finish every session with a sensory parachute… and it’s so much more than just a pretty ending 💛

It’s that moment where everything softens.

Little bodies that were busy exploring slow right down, eyes lift up, and suddenly the room feels calm again. It gives babies a chance to regulate after all the stimulation, and gives parents a chance to breathe after a fun filled session.

There’s something really powerful about repetition too. That final parachute moment becomes a signal: we are all together, calming down before we finish.

Babies start to recognise it week after week, and that familiarity is what builds confidence.

It also supports visual tracking, coordination, early social awareness… but honestly? It’s also just pure magic watching them mesmerised underneath it.

It's the perfect way to close the session and I'm fast growing a varied collection 🤣
