Hybrid coaching client transformation

"I had been running regularly and calorie counting but wasn't really getting anywhere so I decided to look for a PT. I didn't want to go to a gym so found Tony after some searches.

At first I wasn't sure as it was hybrid and I didn't really know what it was. However thought I would give it a go and it really fits into my life better as I work shifts.
I find the workouts really great and he has done them so that I can use the weights and equipment I have at home which is great. They also get changed every so often to keep things interesting.

Since April (5 months) I have lost nearly 16 lbs and more than 34 cm off my measurements. I feel great and am getting stronger.

He has also given advice re nutrition which means that I no longer calorie count which means im not always hungry. I have also learnt how important getting the right amount of protein is to keep full and help with weight loss.

Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to improve themselves and feel more confident"

Rosie - Personal training client

Rosie’s been working with me for the past year. In that time, she’s dropped a considerable amount of body fat, got stronger across the board, and hit her first pull-up.

Partway through, she tore her ACL — which obviously set us back. Training had to change, progress slowed down, surgeries booked in and there were times it would’ve been easy to switch off completely. But she didn’t.

She stuck with it, stayed consistent, and kept doing what she could. No drama, just quiet effort over time.

I’m genuinely so proud of her — not just for the physical progress, but for the way she’s handled everything that’s been thrown at her.

Eleni – 7 Week Pre-Wedding Transformation 💍🔥

Yes, that really is just 7 weeks between these photos.

Eleni reached out to me at the start of May with a big goal: she was getting married at the end of July and wanted to feel her best on her big day. Her first question? "Have I left it too late?"
My answer? Absolutely not — and we got to work straight away.

With time being tight, we focused on fat loss as our main lever for change. Eleni trained with me twice a week and topped it up with 1–2 sessions on her own, either at home or in the gym.

All of this while planning a wedding and running her business. She gave it everything, stayed consistent, and the results speak for themselves.
Massive credit to her – I’m so proud of what she’s achieved in such a short space of time.

The First FeelGood Social

Last weekend, we held the very first FeelGood social event: a hike up Rivington Pike, open to all members of FeelGood Coaching.

The event was a huge success. Despite the heavens opening for the first ten minutes, the rest of the hike was an incredibly enjoyable experience.

Building community is a strong part of where FeelGood Coaching is heading, and this is just the beginning—many more events like this are already in the works.

A massive thanks to for planning and leading the route and organising the food afterwards. And of course, a huge thank you to my clients for coming along and making it such an enjoyable day.

Simon’s transformation keeps going.

12 months of fat loss
6 months of building muscle
A whole lot of consistency and hard work.

Simon has been on a real journey over the past 18 months, and he’s still going strong.

We started by focusing on fat loss, and he absolutely nailed it. Since then, we’ve shifted gears into building muscle and strength — and it’s been brilliant to watch his progress week after week.

No quick fixes, no shortcuts — just solid effort, a smart plan, and showing up even on the days when United get beat at home to Brighton.

Full credit to Simon for sticking with it and trusting the process. The results speak for themselves.

Just got back from a holiday in Japan — and I came home 5 pounds lighter.

That’s a pretty big contrast to last year’s trip to California, where I gained 10 pounds!

While I was away this time, I had a sense I might be losing weight. I didn’t feel as hungry, and I naturally ate less without really trying.

This post is just me thinking out loud — trying to make sense of why that happened, and see if there’s anything I can take from it going forward.
