This weekend Serotonin Sunday returns to for a day of wonderful wellness vibes.

You can expect: Forest Bathing ( ) Sound baths ( .wellness) Reiki ( ) Tarot reading ( ) Poetry ( ) Cotton Felt workshops ( ) Mindful art ( _dowsett) Herbal walks and medicine making ( .herbalist )

We have got a couple of YOGA x SAUNA sessions with and OPEN SAUNA sessions. Check out our schedule for spaces.

HNY sauna tribe 🔥

We’ve had a slow start to 2024 with the arrival of our first sauna baby. Josh might be making an appearance next time you’re here, don’t hesitate to say hello and ask him about our pirtis sessions happening in March.

We’re back this Sunday with yoga x sauna and our usual sauna x cold plunge sessions.

And we will beat for the rest of the Winter/Spring season, running a mix of wellness collabs; combining sauna and cold plunge with - yoga - meditation - massage - breathwork - ice baths.
