I have mentored other wellness practitioners and offered guidance to space holders for the last two decades. I've founded holistic centres, flagship wellbeing services and spiritual communities as well as training more practitioners and priestesses than I can count. I've worked in clinical practice, and in the middle of fields, hospices and homeless centres.

I've made many mistakes, lived through deep betrayals and remade my life several times from total loss, each time becoming more connected to the source of all, my own essence and the path of service that I walk in humility and fierce grace. I raised a child with chronic illness as a single parent, and survived relationships and friendships with manipulators and worse.

Whatever you are carrying, I can sit with you in presence and offer perspective, humour, and genuine wisdom from lived experience as well as myriad qualifications in talk, touch and sacred leadership.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you from the bottom of my heart for yesterday’s workshop.

It was such an incredible experience so rich, intense, and deeply inspiring. I feel like I learned more in one day than I would in a whole week!

Your kindness, generosity, and passion made the learning process so special. The atmosphere you created was full of warmth, sincerity, and connection, and I truly appreciate that. It was also wonderful to meet such amazing people and share this journey together.

As everyone knows from my moaning I’ve been constantly suffering with migraines and headaches daily since August. Bliss came to see me yesterday and had to listen to the whole sorry tale and decided what would be best for me. - a shoulder, neck and head massage and reflexology

Today is the first day since August that I’ve not had to go for a nap or take painkillers for my head!!!
