Give a loved one (or yourself) the gift of song this Christmas and sing your way from Imbolc to Spring!
Join me for a weekly winter singing ritual supported by heart-opening cacao. We will be combining tools from ta***ic yoga and collaborative vocal improvisation we will nurture collective rest, deepen connections and unleash your voice through the healing vibrations of community singing. This six-week intuitive singing series will be guided by cacao’s heart-opening properties, helping to cultivate a loving relationship with ourselves and others as we nurture our creative expression and sing our way towards the spring.
