Grounded, but Off the Ground:

Some days yoga brings stillness. Other days… it suspends you midair and turns you into a cartoon 😄🧘‍♀️
Practicing Kurunta Yoga, feet off the ground, heart wide open, and soul fully present.
The straps hold me up, but the breath holds me steady 💫
This practice keeps me grounded, even when I’m literally floating.
