Here’s another post about my Art for Well-being Classes and how they can help your mental health and overall general wellbeing
🖌🎨My art for well-being classes and workshops are designed to give people a safe, welcoming space to slow down, switch off from daily pressures and reconnect with themselves through creativity.
A place to be yourself and create freely, you do not need to be “good at art”.
The focus is always on the process, the mindfulness and the therapeutic nature art brings to us 🌸
🖌🎨Creating art can reduce stress, ease anxiety, build confidence and encourage us to focus on something. It’s also a great way to connect with others like minded people, share experiences and feel part of a little community without judgement 🍃
✨In a world that often feels overwhelming and too busy, taking the time to create can be a powerful tool as a way of healing ❤️🩹
Whether it’s painting, drawing, collage, mixed media or simply experimenting with colour and shape, art gives us a chance to breathe, reflect and be in the moment.
