We had a great day yesterday talking all things Chod and Chod-related, trying to move our practice in to new realms.

It was our first online retreat day, with a mixture of discussions and Sadhana practice. As requested, there will be another day before the end of the year, where we will be reminding ourselves of the more technical sides of the Lujin Chod practice.

After 18 months away on maternity leave, I’m now able to re-join the monthly Chod practice sessions. I would like to say a huge big thank you to those leading the group in my absence and for those who attended. We have such a gorgeous Chod community 🥰 🙏🏻
Our next session is on Sunday 25th May. We also have a Chod practice and study day coming up in July 🥳🦴🔔🎶🪷
