Insourcing is a cost-effective strategy for reducing NHS patient waiting lists by using NHS facilities and equipment to provide extra clinical capacity, often outside regular hours. This service acts as an extension of the Trust's existing services.
Arrangements can be made as one-off contracts or as fully managed services. SHS Partners cover over 20 clinical specialties, including general surgery, endoscopy, ophthalmology, and ENT, with a team of vetted NHS-experienced consultants and nurses ensuring a smooth patient experience.
