May is Mental Health Awareness month.
Every year in May, institutions around the world recognise Mental Health Awareness Month. Mental health awareness month began in 1949 and has been celebrated ever since as a month dedicated to raising mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and promoting mental and emotional well-being. There are several ways to participate in mental health awareness, including through advocacy, volunteering, or simply showing support.
