We're busy delivering the holistic services and group support, but there is still space to get involved in our initiative. Shining Brighter – Self-worth and confidence

Our work continues thanks to funding from Awards for All, we will continue to support women who are surviving cancer, mental health difficulties and disadvantage.

A brighter future!

We are thrilled to be delivering a fantastic project called A Brighter Future funded by TNLCF. We are providing holistic therapies for women in Sunderland and surrounding areas who are undergoing or have undergone treatments for various illnesses.

We're very grateful for this opportunity to begin our funded work, creating such an important change for women who need it most.

We strive to deliver well-rounded effects and improvements to lives of our beneficiaries. We recognise that in order to achieve that we need to target mental and physical health equally.

We currently deliver:

Dance fitness and exercise to music
Circuits
Gentle stretches and exercise
Various HiiT and Cardio sessions

Happy International Women's Day! We are so proud of women in our community who continue to change their surroundings, circumstances and regain power every step, smile and action at the time!

We're still very busy delivering our Sport England funded fitness sessions at the North East Dance studios in Roker. The classes are filling up but there's still space available, get in touch with lisa@healthandwellness.co.uk for details and times. Currently we deliver circuit training, which includes various stretching and balance exercises, strength training and gentle aerobic exercises to cater for all needs and abilities.
