Stress can be all encompassing and usually happens in situations that feel out of our control. To help support yourself when you are feeling stressed it is important to try and figure out what might be causing it. This way you have a starting point and can build support strategies that support your triggers. What is making you feel stressed?

Sunderland Sexual Health Service are offering weekly drop clinics at Sunderland College every Wednesday. They alternate between City Campus and Bede Campus 10am - 2pm.

The team offer Contraception Counselling, Implants, Pills, Injections, C-Cards, Condoms, Pregnancy Tests and Sexual Health Tests to all students.

All delivered by a friendly team who are here to help!
