Let’s talk Microneedling ✨
I’ve been offering this treatment for a long time and I’ve seen it become increasingly popular lately, with more and more aesthetic practitioners and therapists offering it.
This is because this treatment encourages natural collagen and elastin production, focuses on skin regeneration, skin health and skin quality rather than adding fillers.
Through multiple sessions (I recommend between 3 to 5 initially spaced 4-6weeks apart), several small needles are used to create controlled micro channels/injuries in the skin which then encourages skin healing and the production of collagen which reduces appearance of lines, scarring, pigmentation and dullness. It promotes firmness and boosts hydration too. Dehydration is usually one of the main things that make our skin look less plump and healthy. Multiple sessions are needed for best results, one session is not going to bank and produce enough collagen to produce visible results, this is a patient process working with the skins own natural regeneration, not a one time quick fix. After your initial sessions, to maintain results and approach decline in collagen production preventatively, depending on your skin, you will need further ‘top up’ treatments every 2-6 months.
Microneedling is a skin investment and an intentional way to approach skin quality, it delivers a great confidence boost with its corrective and preventative benefits. If you are unsure if it would be suitable for you, drop me a message 🤍
Each Microneedling treatment includes a relaxing deep cleansing facial, along with cooling and nourishing mask, ice globes and spf application. Full face and neck included ✨
