Maybe you’re looking for 1-1 training to increase motivation, feel more confident in the gym or simply work that bit harder for quicker results?

Whatever the reason we have a once a year deal 🙌🏻
Sessions can be bought and started straight away or in the New Year. You have a whole 6 months to use them up.

Taking place in Club Zest, Fulwell we run sessions 6 days a week early mornings through to evenings so it’s really flexible around busy lives.
