Calling all aspiring young actors and creatives! We’re looking for 12 young people aged 11-18 who are passionate about drama to join us for a powerful new project at The Revivor Foundation.

This is a unique opportunity to take part in a small play focused on raising awareness around domestic violence. It’s more than just a performance: it’s a chance to use your voice for social change and build your skills in a supportive, creative environment.

The play will be performed in public and recorded, giving you a chance to share an important story with the community and beyond.

We are incredibly proud to have this project funded by the Sunderland Council Mini Mission! It’s all about working together to empower our community and speak out on issues that matter.

We’ve got some absolutely brilliant news to share.

The Revivor Foundation is officially a registered charity! 🥂

We’ve been working so hard behind the scenes to empower our communities, and hitting this milestone feels like a massive high-five for everyone involved. Our mission has always been about making sure everyone has the chance to thrive, because at the end of the day, there’s no equality in inequality.

A huge thank you to all the families, partners, and funders who have backed us so far. This is just the beginning, and being officially granted charity status means we can do even more to support the people who need it most.

We’re so excited for this next chapter together!

From helping people navigate training and employment to hosting community gardening sessions at Backhouse Park, they’re right at the heart of making Sunderland a more inclusive and supportive place for everyone.

VICS does such vital work supporting our local veterans, from helping with mental health to finding a place to call home. At The Revivor Foundation, we truly believe there’s no equality in inequality, and seeing the way the VICS team empowers our veterans to thrive is just inspiring.
