Life can move very quickly. Many of us spend our days rushing from one responsibility to the next, often without the space to truly pause and reconnect with ourselves.
On Saturday 12 April, I will be hosting a gentle and deeply restorative wellbeing workshop here in Long Ditton, designed to help you slow down, release tension, and leave feeling calmer, clearer, and re-energised.
During this three-hour experience, we will explore a blend of simple yet powerful practices including:
โข Gentle Qi Gong movement to relax the body and support energy flow
โข Breathing practices that help calm the nervous system
โข Sound healing to encourage deep relaxation and emotional release
โข Quiet moments of stillness to reconnect with yourself
Everything is taught in a warm and supportive way, and no experience is needed. The practices are slow, accessible, and suitable for beginners.
Many people attend these sessions simply because they want a peaceful afternoon away from the pressures of everyday life. Others come because they feel stressed,
overwhelmed, or curious about practices that support wellbeing and inner balance.
