Lesson 1: PULL DIRECTION 👊🏻
If you’ve unlocked bodyweight pull ups and a strict muscle up is next on your list it’s time to start practicing high pulls.
Cues -
1) Shoulder width apart
2) Elbow pulling towards each other
3) Straight body swing
4) Pull AND push down on the bar
