Our days are filled with running errands, working hard and looking after the people around us; weather its our children, our friends, our parents, or even our colleagues. So much time passes before we realise we haven’t taken a single moment to just breathe....
My life was exactly that. My days were filled with making sure everyone around me was okay, that I forgot to take care of the most important person in my life....ME
