A Call for rest!
This week has been particularly challenging for me, the call for rest came up as a form of physical
unwell-ness if that’s a word.
Unable to work, unable to be myself, it puts in prospective how important is our health, but more important for me, to listen to that call for rest.
Tomorrow is my birthday and I want to feel better, so, I literally slowed down to the bare minimum in order to recover and enjoy my life again in this new lap around the sun.
Along with this awful cold, there’s a lot going on energetically in the planet, hence the urge to listen to the deepest call of my soul for stillness and silence.
I shall see you all on the mat next week Sunday 9:30 am for more Yoga.

Meet the responsible of the piglet noises in today’s Yoga class 🤦🏻‍♀️
He chose to take the deepest nap next to me whilst I was teaching the class 😂
What us not to love about the nature of animals, they are who they are, unapologetically themselves and never trying to be something else, a good reminder that we all are meant to live life unapologetically authentic and true to who we really are.

A formal announcement as I am now setting myself for a very well deserved rest for Christmas!
