Wimbledon starts this week – and whether you’re a tennis fan or just love a bit of summer sport, it’s a great reminder of how fun movement can be 🎾!

Tennis (or even just hitting a ball around in the park!) is a brilliant way to get active – and at Slimming World, we call that Body Magic. It’s our unique physical activity support programme, designed to help you build activity into your life in a way that feels right for you.

After feeling her weight was holding her back from living the life she wanted, Kim joined Slimming World and lost 9st 10lbs (61.7kg) 🙌. The best bit? She realised she could still enjoy her favourite foods at big family gatherings – and a drink (or two) with friends 🥂!

Our research says Kim isn’t alone – 85% of Slimming World members were surprised they could lose weight while still eating foods they loved, including roast dinners, fish and chips, and spaghetti Bolognese 🍝.

Make some noise for Jess, our first-ever Slimming World Icon 🤩! She’s dropped five dress sizes and has gone from hiding away in dark, baggy clothes to living life in colour 🌈. Having attempted to lose weight on her own in the past, Jess said joining Slimming World helped her to approach losing weight with a completely different mindset 💡.
