✨💕️ Why I Created The 6 Week Reset
Over the last few years, stress & anxiety - and my life falling into complete disarray, have shown up in ways that I never expected.
Unable to sleep. Waking up in the middle of the night. Nervous system on high alert. Routine out of the window. Feeling overwhelmed. Negative racing thoughts.
And yes… even losing my yoga practice for a while.
💕 Since my cancer diagnosis, so many people have reached out - people with cancer, people without cancer, insomnia, racing minds, exhaustion, lost routines, negativity… or those wanting to build or rebuild a yoga practice. All craving a fresh start and more positively in their lives.
Yoga, stillness, breathwork, mudras, Yoga Nidra, encouragement to start new routines, hobbies, or interests - and a positive mindset (positivity is something people always comment about me 💛)....
these have been the things that helped me rebuild calm, reconnect to my body, and feel in control again ✨️

This little dog reminded me of something important:
