All enquires, consultations & services are free from judgement & remain confidential at all times. All new clients will be required to sign and send back the following forms before any sessions can take place - Confidentiality Form, Informed Consent Form, Health Questionnaire, Drug and Alcohol Declaration Form. All forms are confidential and used for the purpose of therapy only, we follow strict data protection rules.
