Last night, we had the privilege of assisting a patient who needed immediate transport from the Isle of Wight to Doncaster.

While our paramedic-led crew set off from Stoke-on-Trent and reached Portsmouth in under 4 hours, our dedicated office team was hard at work behind the scenes.

We crafted a personalised care plan and coordinated with palliative care teams and other agencies, ensuring that every detail of the patient’s journey was covered.

We pride ourselves on offering not just a ride, but complete peace of mind, with clear communication and meticulous planning.

Event Safety Starts with Preparation, Not Just Presence 🚑

At Rescue One, our commitment to patient care goes beyond the initial response. Supporting events across the UK, we understand that the environment can change in seconds — and so must we.

That’s why our teams are trained in the Ten Second Triage – a rapid, proven method that allows us to assess and prioritise patients effectively during mass casualty or high-pressure scenarios. It’s fast, clinically safe, and endorsed nationally as the front-line method during major incidents.

But we don’t stop there.

We’ve recently invested further in infrastructure to strengthen our preparedness — introducing the new JESIP Version 5 Incident Log Books across our operational teams ensuring that all events no matter the size have one available. This investment ensures:

- Accurate, auditable documentation of unfolding incidents
- Seamless inter-agency coordination under JESIP principles
- A robust framework for major incident escalation and post-incident review and reporting

These log books will now play a now vital part of a larger response we’ve built — designed not just to respond, but to lead in the event of the unexpected.

Allowing the log books to be incident specific, brining in the new NFC system allowing us to know where the log book was, the event it was operated on if used - true and accurate record keeping.

Because being CQC-registered isn’t just an added logo for the website - it’s a responsibility to deliver safe, governed, and forward-thinking care, even when the unthinkable happens.

In the early hours of this morning, our emergency duty crew were deployed to support one of our regular clients. Within just 2 hours of the request, we were on-site and fully operational.

The deployed team included both a Duty Manager and a Paramedic, enabling us to deliver both immediate clinical care and on-site contractual oversight — ensuring our client’s needs were fully met from both a medical and operational perspective.

This is why Rescue One stands ready 24/7; with the capability and professionalism you can rely on.

A big thank you to our team for delivering seamless care and support, even before most alarms had gone off.

As summer approaches and the early days of Rescue One take shape, we’re hitting the road for our first deployments — supporting clients and fellow providers with resource conveyance and specialist extrication vehicles, perfect for those tricky terrains.

We spent the day supporting mountain bikers on 60 mile trails, through forestry and roads, back into footpaths. Access was no issue for our team!

This , we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. At Rescue One Medical, we’re proud to be providing a Paramedic Led Ambulance to support at two remembrance parades and a one ceremony. As we stand in solidarity with our communities, we are reminded: Lest we forget.

Our service is a small way to show respect and support as we reflect on the courage and sacrifice of those who served.

🚑 NEW AND IMPROVED SERVICE CHANGES 🚑

We’re excited to announce some significant improvements to our ambulance service!

To enhance safety and efficiency, we’ve standardised our equipment, including transitioning from Pegasus to Stryker stretchers. This change not only supports safe moving and handling but also reduces manual handling injuries and physical strains for our staff.

Additionally, we’ve upgraded our Lifepak devices to Corpuls, complete with standardized cases for better functionality. We've also reorganized our response bags into two separate units, allowing our clinicians to easily access lifesaving equipment when every second counts.

Recent thanks from our industry suppliers for their support and rapid turnarounds enabling us to implement feedback and safety measures when we need them most!

Since the winter season haunts on in, day by day. SE412 joins the fleet to assist her older sister SE411 with our offroad, difficult terrain access medical cover for events.

Rescue One Medical receives many request inclusive of Medical cover to assist large scale events outside of the UK - we said yes, sending a Paramedic led team out to Croatia for Week 1 followed shortly a week later the same crew assisted in Italy!

We covered a varied range of events of the series from sports, nightlife events, beach days and more!

Our services were contracted and in place to replace imminent plan changes in risk assessments and requirements of the client.
