I’m delighted to be bringing my Chakra Dancing and Guided Meditation session to Bournemouth again on Wednesday 3rd June .
No steps to learn in Chakra Dancing, we just let the sounds and rhythms lead us to dance freely to music specially created and selected to resonate with the vibrations of the 7 major chakra energy centres. This Wednesday, focusing on Manipura, our golden solar plexus , centres just above the navel and below the diaphragm. This is the centre of motivation, drive, self confidence.
