Deliver joined up person centred care at all times, supporting clients with personal care, medication administration, encouraging good nutrition and fluid intake.
Housekeeping tasks and inputting client information onto our secure system.
Full training provided along with mentoring from senior staff. Uniforms provided, mileage allowance and pension scheme. Flexible working hours.
