As a Personal Trainer & Sports Therapist I am known to attract clients who have historical aches and pains. Largely, backache and shoulder tension is often caused by poor posture and 'office back'.

I created this very short (around 5 minutes) stretch routine to help you loosen the muscles that attach to the spine and reduce muscle tension in your back.

Do the exercises daily for two weeks and I guarantee your stiff muscles will feel significantly better.
