✨ Hi, I’m Christopher 👋🏼 ✨

Nearly four years ago, I walked into a Slimming World group at one of the darkest points in my life after gaining lots of weight during lockdown.
I was uncomfortable in my own skin, overwhelmed, and unsure if I could ever change. But step by step, I did – and I’ve lost a total of 6½ stone.

Because I’ve been there, I truly understand the struggles, the doubts, and the little victories along the way. 💕

Fast forward to today I’ve had the privilege of supporting thousands of people in our community on their own journeys. Every week in my group, we laugh, share tips, support each other through the tough bits, and celebrate every success – no matter how small.

If you’re ready to make that change too, you don’t have to do it alone. Come and join a room full of people who get it – with encouragement, motivation and friendship that lasts far beyond the scales.

I’m incredibly proud of all my members but these fab three ladies have lost 𝐧𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝟐𝟎 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐞 between them. 💪🏼

This morning they were crowned our Slimming World Woman of the year by our members... 🥰
