Hi, I’m Lyd 🌞

In recent months my growing interest in my own well-being and health has ignited a want to document my achievements, failures and anything i think relevant on this page in the hopes to help myself and possibly others ✨

Since turning 18 I’ve been struggling with trying to balance healthy habits and not so healthy ones. Recently, I’ve decided to take charge of my life and create a life that I feel I’m thriving in by consciously putting the needs of my body and mind first.

I want to create a space to provide thought and information on what it means to be “well”. From books I’ve found inspiring, bettering my nutritional intake (not eating pasta for my three meals a day🙄), struggling with beginner yoga and anything I’ve found to help me implement a more balanced approach to life.

By taking control of my own life and consciously choosing what I deem “healthy” habits over negative, repetitive behaviour I’m feeling more inspired and motivated to live life to the fullest ✨
