Outdoor Welsh Events Dawn to Dusk Enduro is well underway. We have had a large Medical team onsite throughout the event who have been busy keeping riders safe. With the last race soon to start teams have another 8 hours of work before heading home. That isn’t the end of it however management team will be cleaning, packing down and restocking kit overnight ready for the vehicles to go out again tomorrow to Margam Country Park

Sneak peak - the Land Rover has had a bit of a change

Our company director, Simon, is in Oxford today supporting another organisation with a motocross event, using AM01, our Mercedes frontline ambulance.

Meanwhile, AM02, our stretcher-capable Land Rover ambulance, is away having its new vehicle wrap completed.

Tomorrow, we’ll also have a team in Swansea providing medical cover for an open water swimming event.

What a weekend at the FIM World Enduro Championship at Walters Arena!

Our large and dedicated team was proud to provide medical cover, safety marshals, event support, car parking management, and security services throughout this incredible event.

Led by our Chief Medical Officer (Paramedic) and Bronze Commander, our medical team treated a number of casualties — we wish everyone a full and speedy recovery.

Massive congratulations to all the riders who took part — your determination and skill were inspiring to watch.

We’d also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Welsh Air Ambulance for their crucial assistance on Saturday.

And finally, a huge thank you to every member of our team — many of whom worked tirelessly in the week leading up to the event and across all three event days. Your hard work, professionalism, and commitment made a real impact.
