🚧 A New Chapter for Pontarddulais's High Street 🚧
We’re proud to announce that Medihub has acquired the former Noakes Bakers car park on St Teilo Street,a site with real history at the heart of our town.
For generations, this part of Pontarddulais was home to local independent businesses, including Noakes Bakers, a long-standing family bakery that formed part of the fabric of our high street for decades.
Over the past few years, we’ve already begun regenerating this area — bringing the building back to life with occupiers such as Medihub Pharmacy and Evans and Hughes Opticians. Now, we’re taking the next step.
We’re excited to be bringing forward a brand-new development of three modern retail units, working with agents RJ Chartered Surveyors and Astleys.
This development is about much more than bricks and mortar:

✔️ Supporting local and independent businesses
