Moving with the wild Welsh elements and the land to come home to our bodies and the joy of dance — to feel fully alive.

🎧 Guest Dj & fellow beach dance innovator DJ .lisa.drew from , will journey us into a transformative space for expression, empowerment, and play 🌀

Her beach dances at Brighton Beach are legendary, and we can’t wait for her to bring her magic to the coast of South Wales 🌿🌊

Oxwich Beach is a powerful dance portal. We have a secret dance space further down the beach, away from the crowds, opening out to the vastness of sea, sky, and sand dunes. An absolute treat to unearth the wild within — to truly immerse in nature and honour the freedom of dance medicine under the full moon.

🧖‍♀️ After the dance, our friends from will be lighting the wood-barrel saunas for an optional post-dance integration sweat 🔥

☕️ Or stay a while longer and join us around the fire for tea, connection, and gentle grounding after the journey.

If the weather turns wild, we have a beautiful hall overlooking Oxwich Bay as our sanctuary. Any location change will be announced on socials the day before.

With International Women’s Day this week, we’re celebrating the incredible women DJs who will be bringing the fire to the decks in the coming months 💫

From Brighton, Frome and Italy, these powerful women are travelling over the pond to share their unique medicine here in Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

From the vibrant communities of London and Lisbon to her roots in Frome, her calling is to facilitate embodied presence and radical joy through moving together. Our next dance is set to hold some serious full moon magic 🌕✨

Opening our first Beach Dance of 2026, Anna-Lisa is the founder of Ecstatic Dance Brighton and Ecstatic Odyssey. A driving force in the conscious dance scene, she blends deep, primal bass with sensual flow and electrifying drops. Her carefully crafted journeys invite expansion, wild abandon and soulful stillness.

Her beach dances have become a highlight of Gower’s celebration of dance, community and land-body connection. Join us for a very special Midsummer Ecstatic at our beloved Three Cliffs Bay — our annual solstice celebration space. Founder of in Bologna, Italy Holly will bring a wealth of global influence. Raised in South Wales, Holly is known for her deeply intuitive and eclectic sets, blending global rhythms with ceremonial and Celtic undertones. After spending a decade immersed in Brazil’s ceremonial music and community healing spaces, she returns to her Welsh roots for this powerful midsummer gathering.

🔊With over 15 years of experience, she weaves eclectic, soulful electronic journeys that act as a catalyst for heart-opening connection. Her sets are shaped through deep listening and an intuitive understanding of the dance floor’s emotional arc. As both DJ and facilitator, Sophie uses music as medicine — attuning to the dance floor as a collective and guiding it with intention.

🌎 From the vibrant ecstatic dance communities of London and Lisbon to her home roots in Frome, Sophie’s work is a call to embodied presence, emotional honesty, and the radical joy of moving together.
